Hongkong Whampoa Dockyard able to undertake forthwith building three and perhaps more stean vessels up to 450 fast length complete in all details provided that necessary materials can be supplied. Construction would be facilitated very much if complete plans could be provided, Taikoo Dockyard state that John Swire and Sons, 8 Billiter Square, can furnish you with full particulars. Their ship-building facilities are fully occupied in work classed as war work.
